The Complete SaaS & B2B Software Pricing Database 2026 — 16 Datasets, 800+ Tools
Every B2B software category, priced. 16 downloadable datasets covering 800+ tools — CRM, dev tools, HR tech, email marketing, AI/ML, e-commerce, design, accounting, and more. Verified March 2026.
Software pricing research is broken. Vendor comparison sites are funded by the vendors. Blog articles are updated annually at best and quarterly never. G2 and Capterra show reviews and category lists — not filterable pricing spreadsheets. When you need to compare 15 CRM options in one place, none of these sources give you a spreadsheet you can sort by price, filter by free tier, and share with your CFO.
We built something different. Starting in early 2026, we hand-verified pricing for over 800 B2B and SaaS tools across 16 categories — pulling from vendor pricing pages, G2 community data, and buyer reports. Every dataset is a downloadable CSV you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. Every price is verified against source, tagged with the date, and includes the hidden costs that vendor pricing pages bury in footnotes.
This article covers all 16 datasets: what's in each one, the most surprising finding from the data, and a free preview table so you can see the format before buying. If you're evaluating tools in any of these categories, start here.
1. Dev Tools Pricing Dataset 2026
80 tools. 10 categories. Every pricing tier for the developer infrastructure stack.

Developer tooling is one of the most pricing-opaque categories in SaaS. This dataset covers frontend hosting, backend hosting, databases, auth, email infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, storage, DNS, and search — all verified March 2026.
Covers: Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, Railway, Fly.io, Render, Supabase, Neon, Turso, Clerk, WorkOS, Resend, AWS SES, Postmark, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, and 63 more.
Surprising finding: Fly.io discontinued its free tier for legacy accounts in 2025. Dozens of developer tutorials still reference "deploy for free on Fly.io" — that's no longer accurate. AWS Amplify's free tier lasts 12 months and then stops — not widely disclosed in documentation.
| Tool | Free Tier | Starter Price | Key Limit | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel | 100GB bandwidth, 1M edge req/mo | $20/user/mo | Hobby plan: personal use only, hard caps | Frontend Hosting |
| Supabase | 500MB DB, 5GB bandwidth, 50K MAUs | $25/mo | Free projects pause after 1 week inactivity | Database |
| Clerk | 50,000 MRUs free | $25/mo | $0.02/MRU from 50K–100K | Auth |
| Cloudflare R2 | 10GB storage, 1M Class A ops/mo | $0.015/GB-mo | Zero egress fees — biggest differentiator vs S3 | Storage |
| Postmark | 100 emails/mo | $15/mo (10K emails) | Best deliverability in category; Basic overage $1.80/1K |
2. SaaS Marketing Stack Dataset 2026
63 tools. 8 categories. Pricing for every tool in the modern B2B marketing stack.

Email marketing, marketing automation, SEO tools, social media management, analytics, landing page builders, content and copy tools, and ABM platforms — all in one dataset.
Surprising finding: HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional is $890/mo — plus a mandatory $3,000 onboarding fee. PostHog gives 1,000,000 events per month for free with no seat fees — 90% of teams using it pay nothing.
| Tool | Free Tier | Starter Price | Key Limit | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mailchimp | 250 contacts, 500 sends/mo | $13/mo | Free tier paused at limit | |
| Brevo | 100,000 contacts, 300 emails/day | $9/mo (5K emails/mo) | Email-volume based, not contact-based | |
| Ahrefs | Own-site only (Webmaster Tools) | $29/mo (Trial) | No free competitor research | SEO |
| Hootsuite | None (30-day trial) | $99/mo annual | 1 user on Professional; no free plan | Social |
| PostHog | 1M events/mo, 5K session replays | Usage-based after free tier | No per-seat fees at any tier | Analytics |
3. AI/ML Tools Pricing 2026
57 tools. 10 categories. LLM APIs, AI coding, vector databases, ML platforms, and more.

AI tool pricing changes faster than any other category. This dataset tracks LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, vector databases, ML experiment tracking, AI agents, speech/audio tools, AI observability, image generation, computer vision, and AI search/RAG — all verified March 2026.
Surprising finding: OpenAI GPT-4o input pricing dropped 50% in 2025 — from $5.00 to $2.50 per million tokens. Teams that benchmarked AI infrastructure costs in 2024 and haven't recalculated are likely overpaying for their LLM budget assumptions.
| Tool | Free Tier | Starter Price | Key 2026 Change | Category |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OpenAI GPT-4o | No | $2.50/1M input tokens | Input price cut 50% from $5.00 in 2025 | LLM API |
| Google Gemini 2.5 Flash | 1.5M tokens/day via AI Studio | $0.30/1M input tokens | Cheapest Google flagship; 50% batch discount | LLM API |
| GitHub Copilot | 2,000 completions/mo, 50 chats | $10/mo (Pro) | Free tier launched late 2024 | AI Coding |
| Cursor | 2,000 completions, 50 slow requests | $20/mo (Pro) | Pro+ ($60) and Ultra ($200) tiers added | AI Coding |
| Qdrant Cloud | 1GB cluster free (permanent) | ~$45/mo (Starter) | Self-hosted remains fully free | Vector DB |
4. Agency & Freelance Rates 2026
88 roles. 15 categories. US market rate data with seniority breakdowns and source citations.

What do agencies and freelancers actually charge for development, design, marketing, data, and operations work? This dataset compiles verified rate data from YunoJuno (261,000+ contracts), SE Ranking Agency Survey, MarketerHire, Arc.dev, ZipRecruiter, Robert Half, and GrowTal — structured by role and seniority.
Surprising finding: Platform vs. direct rates diverge by 30–50% for most roles. AI engineers earn up to 22% more than traditional ML engineers in the same seniority band (Upwork 2025 data).
| Role | Hourly Rate (Median) | Monthly Retainer | Demand Trend |
|---|---|---|---|
| Senior Full-Stack Developer | $145/hr | $10K–$22K/mo | Rising |
| Senior AI Engineer | $165/hr | $12K–$25K/mo | Rising |
| Senior UX Designer | $140/hr | $8K–$18K/mo | Stable |
| Fractional CMO | $300/hr | $8K–$20K/mo | Rising |
| Mid-Level SEO Specialist | $75/hr | $1K–$3K/mo | Rising |
5. HR Tech & ATS Pricing 2026
60+ tools. 8 categories. ATS, HRIS, payroll, performance, benefits, and L&D — all in one dataset.

HR software pricing is notoriously opaque — most platforms require a sales demo to get a quote. This dataset compiles published pricing and Vendr/G2 community estimates for ATS, HRIS, payroll, performance management, benefits administration, and LMS tools.
Surprising finding: Lever charges per total company headcount — not per recruiter. A 500-person company pays for 500 employees even if 3 people use the system. Deel and Remote both offer free HRIS for core HR management.
| Tool | Category | Free Tier | Starter Price | Pricing Model |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deel | Global HR / EOR | Yes — free HRIS up to 200 employees | $29/employee (Global Payroll) | Per-employee |
| Remote | Global HR / EOR | Yes — free HRIS, unlimited employees | $29/contractor (Contractor Mgmt) | Per-employee |
| Lever | ATS | No | $6–8/employee/mo (all headcount) | Per-total-headcount |
| Greenhouse | ATS | No | $5,100/yr (50 employees) | Headcount-scaled |
| Lattice | Performance Mgmt | No | $11/user/mo (annual) | Per-user |
6. No-Code Tool Pricing 2026
47 tools. 10 categories. App builders, automation, form builders, databases, website builders, and more.
Get the dataset ($39) → | Read the blog article →
No-code tool pricing uses four completely different billing models — per-task, usage-based, per-seat, and flat — which makes cross-tool comparison nearly impossible from pricing pages alone.
Surprising finding: Typeform's free tier caps responses at 10 per month across all forms combined — functionally unusable for testing any real audience. Tally gives unlimited forms, unlimited responses, unlimited file uploads, conditional logic, Stripe payments, and Zapier integrations for free.
| Tool | Free Tier | Starter Price | Pricing Model | Key Watch-Out |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zapier | 100 tasks/mo | $29.99/mo (750 tasks) | Per-task | All products now unified — Zaps, Tables, Forms |
| Bubble | 50K Workload Units/mo | $29/mo | Usage-based (WUs) | Traffic spikes = overages at $0.30/1K WUs |
| Typeform | 10 responses/mo total | $29/mo | Per-seat (response-gated) | 10-response cap makes free tier unusable |
| Tally | Unlimited responses, unlimited forms | $29/mo (removes branding) | Flat | Genuinely the most generous free tier in category |
| Webflow | 2 pages, 50 CMS items | $14/mo | Per-site + per-seat | Workspace Plans now separately tiered |
7. B2B Affiliate Programs 2026
89 programs. Every commission rate, cookie window, and payout structure verified from source.

Most "best affiliate programs" lists are wrong. This dataset verifies 89 B2B and SaaS affiliate programs directly from their program pages — commission rates, cookie windows, payout structures, and affiliate networks.
Surprising finding: Systeme.io pays 60% lifetime recurring commissions with a 180-day cookie window — the highest recurring commission rate in the entire dataset. Ahrefs, Stripe, Figma, Loom, Asana, and Trello have no affiliate programs at all.
| Program | Commission | Type | Cookie | Est. Per Sale |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Systeme.io | 60% lifetime | Recurring | 180 days | ~$16/mo forever |
| Deel | $500–$1,500/referral | CPA | 90 days | $500–$1,500 |
| HubSpot | 30% (12 months) | Recurring | 180 days | ~$240 |
| BigCommerce | 200% of first month | One-time | 90 days | ~$600 |
| GoHighLevel | 40% lifetime | Recurring | 30 days | ~$39/mo forever |
8. CRM & Sales Pricing 2026
60 tools. 6 categories. CRM, sales engagement, revenue intelligence, and sales productivity tools.

The CRM market splits into at least five distinct categories — full-suite CRMs, lightweight sales CRMs, sales engagement platforms, revenue intelligence tools, and flat-rate outliers.
Surprising finding: HubSpot capped its free CRM tier at 1,000 contacts in September 2024 — it used to be unlimited (1 million). Gong's pricing includes a platform fee of $5,000–$50,000 per year on top of per-user rates.
| Tool | Free Tier | Starter | Mid | Enterprise | Model |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HubSpot Sales Hub | Yes (1,000 contacts, capped Sep 2024) | $20/user/mo | $90/user/mo | $150/user/mo | Per-user |
| Salesforce Sales Cloud | No | $25/user/mo | $100/user/mo | $175/user/mo | Per-user |
| Pipedrive | No | $14/user/mo | $24/user/mo | $49/user/mo | Per-user |
| Gong | No | ~$108/user/mo + $5K platform fee | ~$240/user/mo | Custom | Per-user + platform fee |
| Bitrix24 | Yes (unlimited users) | $49/mo (org) | $99/mo (org) | $199/mo (org) | Flat per-org |
9. Email Marketing Pricing 2026
55 tools. All major and niche email marketing platforms priced and compared.

Email marketing tools use three incompatible pricing structures — per-contact, per-email-sent, and flat-rate — which makes direct comparison genuinely difficult.
Surprising finding: Mailchimp downgraded its free tier in January 2026 from 2,000 contacts to 250 contacts — an 87.5% reduction with no announcement email to existing free users.
| Tool | Free Tier | Starter Price | Pricing Model | Key Watch-Out |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mailchimp | 250 contacts, 500 sends/mo | $13/mo | Per-contact | Free tier cut from 2K to 250 contacts Jan 2026 |
| Kit (ConvertKit) | Up to 10,000 subscribers | $33/mo | Per-subscriber | 10K free is for building; automation gated at paid |
| Brevo | 100K contacts, 300 emails/day | $9/mo | Per-email-sent | Brevo logo on emails unless you pay $10.80/mo add-on |
| Klaviyo | 250 contacts, 500 emails/mo | $45/mo (1,001–1,500 contacts) | Per-contact | Pricing jumps are steep above 10K contacts |
| Beehiiv | 2,500 subscribers free | $49/mo | Flat | 0% transaction fee on paid subscriptions at Scale |
10. PM Tool Pricing 2026
51 tools. 7 categories. Project management, task tracking, time management, and documentation platforms.

Nearly every vendor publishes a per-user price but obscures the minimum seat requirement. monday.com's free plan shows $9/user/month — the real floor is $27/month because the paid plans require a 3-seat minimum.
Surprising finding: Height.app shut down entirely in September 2025. Smartsheet also removed its free tier in 2025. Notion bundled Notion AI into Business plan pricing in mid-2025, raising the effective cost by $8/user/month.
| Tool | Free Tier | Starter Price | Key Change (2025–2026) |
|---|---|---|---|
| monday.com | Up to 2 seats | $9/user/mo (3-seat min = $27/mo floor) | Minimum seat requirement obscures real cost |
| Smartsheet | No (30-day trial) | $9/user/mo | Free tier removed 2025 |
| Notion | Yes (limited blocks) | $12/user/mo | AI bundled into Business; +$8/user/mo effectively |
| Height.app | N/A — shut down | N/A | Shut down September 2025 |
| ClickUp | Yes (unlimited tasks) | $7/user/mo | Storage limit correction noted in dataset |
11. Accounting & Finance Pricing 2026

QuickBooks has raised its prices every year since 2023 — an average of 13% annually. If you benchmarked accounting software in 2022 and haven't revisited, you're working from numbers that are 60–83% below current pricing.
Surprising finding: A QuickBooks Plus user ($115/mo) who adds QuickBooks Payroll Premium for 10 employees pays $290/mo total. The same stack in 2022 cost approximately $160/mo. Ramp offers genuinely free expense management with no subscription fee.
| Tool | Free Tier | Starter | Mid | Enterprise | Key Watch-Out |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| QuickBooks Online | No | $35/mo (Simple Start) | $115/mo (Plus) | $275/mo (Advanced) | Payroll is $50–134/mo extra; +13%/yr avg since 2023 |
| Xero | No | $25/mo (Early; 20 invoices max) | $55/mo (Growing) | $90/mo (Established) | 20-invoice cap on starter makes it unusable at volume |
| Wave | Yes | $0 (Starter) | $19/mo (Pro) | — | Banking discontinued; free tier narrowed post-H&R Block |
| Ramp | Yes — full expense management | $0 (Free) | $15/user/mo (Plus) | Custom | Genuinely free; US entity required; card switch needed |
| Sage Intacct | No | ~$9K–15K/yr | ~$20K–35K/yr | $50K–75K+/yr | Implementation adds $10K–30K on top of subscription |

Shopify Basic is listed at $29/month. A real Shopify Basic store doing $50,000/year in sales pays $2,000–$2,500/year once you add transaction fees, apps, and the actual subscription cost.
Surprising finding: BigCommerce Standard ($29/mo) auto-upgrades to Plus ($79/mo) when your trailing 12-month GMV hits $50,000 — mid-contract, automatically, without your approval.
| Platform | Free Tier | Starter Price | Transaction Fee | Key Trap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shopify | No (3-day trial) | $29/mo (annual) | 2% (non-Shopify Payments) | Fee stacks on top of Stripe's 2.9%+$0.30 |
| BigCommerce | No (15-day trial) | $29/mo (annual) | 0% | $50K GMV auto-upgrades plan to $79/mo |
| WooCommerce | Yes (free plugin) | $0 + $7–15/mo hosting | 0% platform fee | Real cost $45–200/mo for a working store |
| Gumroad | Yes (all features free) | $0/mo | 10% + $0.50 | Discover = 30%; blended rate 18–21% |
| Recharge | No (60-day trial) | $99/mo | 1.49% + $0.19/subscription order | Requires Shopify ($29+) on top |

Adobe renamed its most popular plan in August 2025. The "All Apps" plan no longer exists — it's now "Creative Cloud Standard" ($59.99/mo) and "Creative Cloud Pro" ($89.99/mo). Most review sites still show the old name and old $54.99 price.
Surprising finding: Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, and Affinity Publisher went completely free in October 2024 after Canva acquired Serif. CapCut Pro went from $7.99/mo to $19.99/mo — a 150% increase — with no prominent announcement.
| Tool | Free Tier | Starter | Mid/Pro | Key Change |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Adobe Creative Cloud | No | $59.99/mo (Standard, annual) | $89.99/mo (Pro, annual) | "All Apps" plan renamed Aug 2025 |
| Affinity (All Apps) | Yes — fully free | Free | Free | Went free Oct 2024 post-Canva acquisition |
| DaVinci Resolve | Yes — full NLE free | Free | $295 one-time (Studio) | Breaks even vs. Premiere Pro in year 1 |

| Midjourney | No free trial | $10/mo (Basic) | $30/mo (Standard) | No free trial since April 2023 |
14. RevOps Health Check Toolkit
5 structured templates for RevOps managers who need to audit their stack without starting from scratch.
Not a dataset — a working toolkit. Built for RevOps managers and new CROs who need to run a health check on their revenue stack in the first 30–60 days. Includes a Salesforce Health Checklist, Pipeline Health Template, Attribution Scorecard, Data Hygiene Playbook, and a Start-Here guide that sequences the whole process.
Most RevOps audits take 40+ hours when built from scratch. These templates reduce that to a structured 2-hour process — verified against patterns from 50+ RevOps engagements at $10M–$100M ARR SaaS companies.
| Template | What It Covers | Format |
|---|---|---|
| Salesforce Health Checklist | Field hygiene, duplicate rules, routing, validation gaps | PDF + fillable |
| Pipeline Health Template | Stage definitions, velocity tracking, conversion benchmarks | PDF + fillable |
| Attribution Scorecard | UTM structure, campaign influence, multi-touch model audit | PDF + fillable |
| Data Hygiene Playbook | Deduplication, enrichment sources, governance rules | |
| Start-Here Guide | Sequence and timeline for running the full health check |

| Content Marketing | 35 | Blog post outline, thought leadership angles, SEO brief |
| Demand Generation | 30 | Ad copy variants, landing page headline testing |

16. Cold Email Prompt Pack
First-touch emails, follow-ups, objection handlers, breakup emails, and re-engagement sequences — all prompt-ready.
Cold email has one problem: blank page paralysis. Every rep knows what they need to write; none of them want to write it. This pack is structured prompts for every cold email scenario — first touch by ICP role, multi-step follow-up cadences, objection-specific responses, breakup emails that leave the door open, and re-engagement sequences for cold lists.
| Section | Prompts | What You Get |
|---|---|---|
| First-Touch by ICP | 20 | Role-specific opening angles for VP, Director, Practitioner |
| Multi-Step Follow-Up | 15 | 3 and 5-step cadence sequences with timing notes |
| Objection Handlers | 16 | 8 common objections × 2 response angles each |
| Breakup Emails | 10 | Sequences that generate replies before going cold |
| Re-Engagement | 9 | Warm reactivation for 6-month-dormant prospects |
How We Built This
Every dataset in this catalog was built the same way: hand-verification from vendor pricing pages, not web scraping or AI estimation. For each tool, we load the live pricing page, record the exact tier names and prices, note the free tier limits with specific numbers (not "limited features"), identify hidden costs that don't appear in tier summaries, and flag pricing model type.
All data is verified against March 2026 sources. Where vendors don't publish pricing (Greenhouse, Workday, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong), we use community-sourced estimates from Vendr benchmark data, G2 buyer reports, and verified buyer accounts — flagged as estimates in the dataset.
What each dataset includes:
- Exact tier names and prices (monthly and annual billing rates)
- Free tier: Yes/No, with specific limits (contacts, users, events, storage — never "limited")
- Pricing model: per-user, per-seat, per-employee, per-task, usage-based, flat per-org, or one-time
- Annual discount percentage
- Free trial: Yes/No, duration
- Key differentiator and notable limitations per tool
- 2025–2026 pricing changes flagged
- Direct link to pricing page for verification
Format: CSV and Google Sheets-compatible. No proprietary format, no login required after download, no expiration.
