No-Code Tool Pricing: Every Platform Compared (2026)

Every pricing tier, every free-tier limit, and every hidden gotcha for 47 no-code and low-code tools — verified March 2026. App builders, automation, databases, form builders, and more.

No-code tools have a pricing transparency problem. Most of them show you a number on the pricing page and hide the real cost in the billing model.

Zapier charges per task — but what counts as a task changed when they merged Zaps, Tables, and Forms into unified plans in August 2025. Bubble charges per Workload Unit, not per seat, which means a traffic spike can turn a $29/mo plan into an unexpected overage bill. Typeform's free tier lets you build unlimited forms but caps responses at 10 per month across all of them — which makes it effectively unusable for testing anything real.

We verified pricing for 47 no-code tools across 10 categories in March 2026. Here's what you're actually paying for.

Automation

Zapier

  • Free tier: 100 tasks/month (all products — Zaps, Tables, Forms — now unified)
  • Starter: $29.99/mo for 750 tasks/month
  • Pro (Team): $69/mo annual — 2,000 tasks, 25 users, SSO
  • Pricing model: per-task
  • 2026 change: All products consolidated into unified plans (August 2025) — no more separate subscriptions

Make (formerly Integromat)

  • Free tier: 1,000 operations/month; all 3,000+ integrations; no credit card
  • Starter: $9/mo (Core) — 10,000 credits
  • Pro: $16/mo (Pro) — 10,000 credits + advanced scheduling
  • Pricing model: per-operation (credits)
  • Note: Make renamed "scenarios" to "workflows" but the credit model is unchanged

App Builders

Bubble

  • Free tier: 50,000 Workload Units/mo, no custom domain, Bubble subdomain only
  • Starter: $29/mo (175K WUs + custom domain)
  • Growth: $119/mo (500K WUs)
  • Pricing model: usage-based (Workload Units)
  • Hidden cost: Traffic spikes burn through WUs fast. A viral moment can exhaust your monthly allocation in hours.

Glide

  • Free tier: 500 updates/month, 3 users, Glide branding
  • Starter: $49/mo (10K updates, 10 users, custom domain)
  • Pricing model: per-update (2025 overhaul)
  • 2026 change: Glide's new update-based pricing (2025) is confusing. Every data change counts as an update.

Website Builders

Webflow

  • Free tier: Webflow subdomain, 2 pages, 50 CMS items
  • Starter: $14/mo (Basic — no CMS, custom domain)
  • CMS: $23/mo (150 CMS items, 3 content editors)
  • Pricing model: flat per-site
  • Note: Webflow prices per site. A freelancer building 10 client sites needs 10 plans or uses Webflow for Agencies.

Framer

  • Free tier: Framer subdomain, no custom domain
  • Mini: $5/mo (1 custom domain, basic pages)
  • Basic: $15/mo (unlimited pages, 1K visitors/mo)
  • Pricing model: flat + visitor cap
  • 2026 note: Framer is aggressively pushing AI-first features (Framer AI) in paid tiers.

Databases

Airtable

  • Free tier: 1,000 records/base (not per workspace — per base), 100 automation runs/mo
  • Team: $24/user/mo (50K records/base, 25K automation runs)
  • Pricing model: per-seat + record cap
  • Hidden cost: The record cap is per-base, not total. A workspace with 10 bases can hold 10,000 records total on free — not as generous as it sounds.

Notion

  • Free tier: Unlimited pages and blocks for individuals; guests limited to 10
  • Plus: $16/user/mo (unlimited guests)
  • Pricing model: per-seat
  • Note: Notion's free tier is genuinely generous for individual use. Team features require paid plans.

Form Builders

Typeform

  • Free tier: Unlimited forms — BUT only 10 responses/month TOTAL across all forms
  • Starter: $29/mo (100 responses/mo)
  • Growth: $59/mo (1K responses/mo)
  • Pricing model: per-seat, response-count gated
  • Critical note: 10 responses total on free. That is not enough for testing. You will hit it within a week.

Tally

  • Free tier: Unlimited forms, unlimited responses, conditional logic, Stripe payments — 99% of features
  • Pro: $29/mo (removes Tally branding)
  • Pricing model: flat
  • Note: Tally has the best free tier of any form builder by a wide margin. The only free-tier limitation is Tally branding in the footer.

Internal Tools

Retool

  • Free tier: 5 users, standard support, no custom auth
  • Team: $10/user/mo (10-user minimum = $100/mo minimum)
  • Pricing model: per-seat
  • Note: The 10-user minimum makes Retool $100/mo minimum even for teams of 2–3.

2025–2026 Changes That Matter

  • Zapier (August 2025): All plans now include Zaps, Tables, Forms, and MCP under unified task limits. Previous separate subscriptions consolidated.
  • Make: Renamed operations to "credits" — same billing model, different terminology.
  • Bubble mobile plans (2025): New mobile-optimized plan tier added. Bubble native apps in beta.
  • Glide (2025): Complete pricing overhaul to update-based model. Old seats-based pricing removed.
  • Ecwid: Free plan eliminated. Minimum is now $21/mo (Venture, 5 products).
  • Typeform 10-response limit: Has been this low for years — still catches users who don't read the fine print.
